Visa Support Letters

While Acoustics ’27 cannot issue visas, we can provide Visa Support Letters to assist with your application. These letters are available through the online registration system.

  • Important: Visa Support Letters are issued only after full registration and payment are confirmed.
  • Letters are sent via email in PDF format, approximately two weeks after confirmation.
  • Make visa appointment as soon as possible.

Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Check the visa requirements for your country.
  • Apply for the correct visa in time.
  • Prepare any supporting documents required by your local embassy or consulate.
